In Chinese, my favourite word is 决心 or determination. The first character comes from the word which can mean decision, the second means heart.
Determination=decision of the heart
We may think determination is strength of mind, but the real motor is that tenacious heart of ours.
Because when you want something more than anything, when you love something or someone more than anything, you will never ever let go, never ever give up.
